Antica Tonnara di Favignana

was born from the passion of Antonio Tammaro, who began his journey in 1985 by opening a small delicatessen on the island of Favignana, destined to become a hub for Sicilian food delicacies.

Today, the family tradition continues with the commitment of Michele, who with the same passion as his predecessors takes care of the quality and refinement of the products that have made the name of Antica Tonnara di Favignana great.

They take care of each phase: from the selection of the catch, to the processing that takes place by hand in their factory, just like in the old days.
