Olive oil of the highest category obtained directly from Italian olives and only by mechanical processes, extracted in Italy, in Dolcedo in the province of Imperia from olives cultivated in Liguria.
Extra virgin olive oil obtained by cold processing, by mechanical processes, fresh, high quality olives, grapes and juices, without any treatment other than washing, leaf separation, centrifugation, unfiltered. Oil with a particularly delicate taste slightly fruity, dense yellow in green tones. Enriches without covering the flavor of foods.
Possible presence of sedimentation does not affect the genuineness of the product.
