Italian pasta made from organic ancient wheat - Marche
Farro pasta (Triticum turanicum) grown organically in the Marche region, the semolina is milled and the pasta is produced directly in the adjacent Girolomoni factories.
The nutritional properties of the ancient wheat are maintained thanks to careful milling and slow drying at low temperatures, obtaining the best organoleptic properties and excellent digestibility.
The shiny extruded pasta is perfect for simple sauces that bind easily to the pasta.
Particularly suitable for soups and pasta dishes.
