It is a perpetual wine, which regenerates itself from year to year, carrying within itself the history of our cellar. It is by digging into the peasant memory that we find the method of the perpetual, when farmers, unaware of a complex winemaking process like today, kept their casks at home in which they refilled new wine every year. We have recovered this ancient tradition to make our Memorii, a complex and structured wine, which challenges the vintages and is perpetuated over time.

A blend of different vintages remain to mature for a long time in a large barrel. From the first bottling, the wine will be replenished with that of the new vintage. In this way we will have a slight rejuvenation of the wine while maintaining the historical memory of all previous vintages. Each year the cycle will repeat itself.

:: - Organoleptic characteristics - ::

Color: amber yellow. Nose: initially honey and vanilla but progressively Mediterranean scrub, dill and elderberry in particular. Taste: the light notes of vanilla are confirmed but those of candied fruits are added. The note of acidity is interesting, delicate and harmonious. It maintains a certain complexity that persists for a long time.
