PEPPER PESTO 130 gr - Valdibella

Peppers are very long-lived in the garden, they resist until the gates of autumn. This allows for a prolonged harvest, so much so that we decided to make this pesto.

Red and sweet pepper pesto with the addition of toasted almonds and almond cream and, to compensate, chilli to give a slightly spicy note. The result is a pesto that manages to maintain a strong but at the same time sweet and soft taste.

Ideal for seasoning pasta, but also to accompany bruschetta or canapes. It goes very well with aged cheeses.
