Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Bio combines musts from 7 typical varieties and wine vinegar obtained exclusively from grapes grown organically and age in selected casks of oak wood from which it draws the best organoleptic qualities.
It has dark brown color with orange reflections and penetrating odor, sweet, spicy, with a typical wood aroma characteristic of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. It has a scent with an intense bouquet and a sweet and sour taste, reminiscent of the grape extracts with which it is produced. It is a 100% natural product, organic, contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners it 'added sulfites.
In the kitchen it is especially recommended for salads, grilled vegetables or boiled potatoes.
