The oranges used for this jam grow in the heart of the Sicani Mountains Park, on a small farm in Burgio, in the south-west of Sicily, an area particularly suited to growing citrus fruits.
To make this jam we used only grape sugar and used 86g of fruit per 100g of product.
In addition to the usual uses, we also recommend pairing with aged cheeses.
