Monocultivar Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil
The most widespread in Liguria, with rather vigorous plants, it has a good productivity which is constant when the plant is well cultivated and above all well irrigated; however, it is the most sensitive to the olive fly. The fruit which tends to ripen late with a purplish black color, produces a fruity green oil if harvested early, sweet and clear late.
