Made with a patented silver ion treatment, aluminum transfers are avoided, mold and bad smells do not proliferate as can happen in classic metal coffee makers, limestone does not settle.
This coffee maker is suitable for different cooking hobs, for induction hobs the aid of a diffuser is necessary, it exploits the properties of the treatment patented by GHA to create a silver ion metal ceramic moka pot that is well suited to sustainable well-being.

::- usage instruction -::
- Pour the water into the boiler up to the level of the valve
- fill the funnel with a small amount of ground coffee and without pressing it
- clean the edge of the funnel and the boiler from any ground coffee residues so as not to damage the seal and to make it adhere perfectly, avoiding water leaks during boiling.
- close the moka tightly without tightening excessively and place it on a medium flame so that it remains under the boiler and does not overflow
- when the coffee is ready to pour, it is best to move the coffee pot to a cold burner
- let the coffee maker cool down to room temperature
::- cleaning -::
- when the coffee pot is cold, remove the coffee, avoiding knocking the filter or the boiler
- hand wash only with water, do not use detergents, do not use dishwasher
- in the case of water particularly rich in limestone, an abrasive sponge can be used to remove any residues

- it is better to replace the gasket when it is worn or deformed
- 2 cup moka pot uses a standard gasket for 1 cup coffee makers, 4 cup moka pot uses a standard gasket used for 3 cup coffee makers, 7 cup moka pot uses a standard gasket for 6 cup coffee makers
- periodically it is useful to inspect the valve by moving the central pin; if the pin is blocked, it is better to put the moka away and contact the company for replacement
