Grape seed oil is obtained from carefully selected grape seeds.
The seed in the oil mill is rolled, i.e. flaked, to obtain excellent extraction of the oil which occurs through the mechanical process of pressing at moderate temperatures with the aid of continuous presses.
This results in an excellent oil, particularly appreciated for its lightness and high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
It is the only product of its kind to have a high content of polyphenols, substances that act as powerful antioxidants.
It contains vitamins A, E and B6 which have an antioxidant activity.
The nutritional characteristic of this grape seed oil is the high presence of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid progenitor of the omega 6 series which contributes to maintaining blood cholesterol levels.
Oil suitable as a condiment for seasoning especially vegetables and greens.
Using it raw is preferable.
