    Die ernährungsphysiologischen Eigenschaften des Urweizens bleiben durch sorgfältiges Mahlen und langsames Trocknen bei niedriger Temperatur erhalten, wodurch die besten organoleptischen Eigenschaften und eine ausgezeichnete Verdaulichkeit erzielt werden.
