BEFORE USE, we recommend carrying out the treatment described in the manual: it consists of boiling water for a few minutes, when cold, sprinkle the surface with mechanically extracted vegetable oil, heat for 1 minute and dry with kitchen paper, leave cool and store.
It is not non-stick, the surface is free of any non-stick film or paint; the non-stick properties are initially moderate, lower than surfaces coated with films but superior to steel; the non-stick property increases over time thanks to the lubricating action of the silver.
Some foods, such as EGG (e.g. omelette and fried egg), tend to stick and it is therefore necessary to use a greater quantity of oil in the procedure in point 2 and move the outer edges of the pan with a spatula. egg inside. (see related video in the in-depth section)

However, we recommend hand washing with hot water, dish soap and a sponge, possibly even abrasive, or steel wool if necessary; in the presence of food stuck to the surface, do not use abrasive products or aggressive substances, remember to soak them in hot water just to soften the residues and remove them with a sponge.
Do not subject the frying pan to thermal shock by letting it cool to room temperature; do not abandon foods outside the refrigerator, their acidity could damage the treatment.
If the pans are placed on top of each other, we recommend the use of a separator made of fabric or other material.
