Store the bottle at room temperature avoiding sudden changes in temperature, away from heat sources and intense light. Due to its origin from 100% virgin olive oil it can change color and firmness. Due to the absence of synthetic preservatives and sequestrants, it may present a slight deposit of salts on the walls and bottom of the container. To restore the uniformity of the product, a slight shaking of the bottle is sufficient.
