Organic artichoke patè, creamy, clear and with a delicate flavor, typical only of the heart of the artichoke; prepared only with organic extra virgin olive oil. It can be a sauce for pasta or served alone, on toasted bread, or as a sauce inside a sandwich. Artichoke pate goes very well with bresaola and even mozzarella. It can be paired with full-bodied wines and beer. The taste of this delicate cream is enhanced by serving it slightly warmed or spreading it on crunchy bread.
