The FUSILLI of SPELLED flour, like other types of pasta Mill Val d'Orcia are an artisan product, the surface is extremely porous and capable of retaining sauces; simply savoring it even with good extra virgin olive oil you can recognize their unique taste. The paste has a characteristic amber color.
The Mill spelled pasta Val d'Orcia is produced using fine flour cultivated in the company spelled organically. The attention to the cultures and the production allows the product to preserve the amount of fibers and minerals more compared to industrial products, while maintaining the lipid vitamin properties of the grain.
The paste obtained is more balanced and more easily digestible and especially with a lower glycemic index.
