SHIPMENTS: INFORMATION AND COSTS

BIO-NATURAL.eu makes shipments throughout the Italian, European and extra-European territory with different prices due to the impact of transport, especially for North America.

BIO-NATURAL.eu is constantly engaged with the main national and international couriers to guarantee the best service in terms of time, guarantee of delivery and service to the Customer.

Payments by cash on delivery are only possible for Italy; in this case, an additional cost of € 6.00 will be added to the amount of the order due to the commission costs requested by the courier.

Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Preparation time: orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if made before 11:00 or the following working day, if made after noon. Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
Transport times: delivery times may vary according to the used vector and due to force majeure such as atmospheric conditions and strikes.

DELIVERY METHODS

The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering to the site you will be able to access the MyBio-Natural reserved section and manage from here an address book to which you can deliver your orders. The status of the order will always be available in the MyBio-Natural section.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.
When the order is delivered to the courier, an e-mail will be sent containing a link to check the path of your package from the delivery of the courier until the actual delivery.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by BIO-NATURAL.eu, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
a) That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered or degraded;
b) That the number of pieces delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the packaging and the Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces / packages or indications must be immediately challenged by the Customer, who may contact BIO-NATURAL.eu through the Customer Service specifying the order for which they occurred hitches.

DELIVERY FAILURE

Express courier
In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send an email to the Customer with a link to arrange a delivery appointment. The customer can indicate a date and if the driver will have to pass in the morning or afternoon. In case of impossibility to execute the delivery even on the day agreed for absence of the recipient, the Customer Service will try to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that Customer Service fails to contact the Customer for the next 9 working days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the Products covered by the order will be returned to BIO-NATURAL.eu.

After 30 days from the date on which the Products covered by the order have been returned to BIO-NATURAL.eu due to the impossibility to carry out the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. BIO-NATURAL.eu will proceed to reimburse the sum paid by the Customer net of the costs of returning the Products and the cost of custody of the same at the branch of the courier appointed for delivery.
The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated via e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the Customer for the purchase. In the event that, before the expiration of the thirty days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased Products again, BIO-NATURAL.eu will proceed to the new delivery upon charge, in addition to the expenses of the same, the costs of returning the Products to BIO-NATURAL and custody fees.

SHIPMENTS AFRICA, ASIA, OCEANIA, SOUTH AND CENTRAL AMERICA

Shipments to these countries will be subject to an appropriate assessment; an estimate will be communicated with the shipping costs depending on the weight and the goods being shipped. Purchases must be paid in advance by credit card and the goods, without prejudice to our maximum attention to packaging and to any customs procedures, will travel at the risk of the recipient; any import taxes, blocks to customs, will be charged to the recipient.
